## Role and Responsibilities

As a **G2M Engineer**, you'll be the glue between Revenue Operations and Engineering. You'll own the technical side of sales and marketing enablement—building, scripting, and integrating systems that accelerate growth.

What you'll do:

* Script, automate, and connect GTM systems to power Sales and Marketing workflows

* Build integrations across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and prospecting platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, etc.)

* Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Zapier, and Outreach to orchestrate data flows and optimize lead funnels

* Engineer scalable data pipelines for routing, enrichment, and reporting

* Partner closely with GTM leadership to track, test, and evolve revenue systems

* Translate complex technical problems into simple solutions that drive measurable impact

## Qualifications:

* 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Technical Marketing roles

* Proficient in scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and database engineering / big data querying

* Hands-on with Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Outreach (or similar tools)

* Experienced in building and connecting CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment systems

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings

## Bonus Points

* Experience architecting GTM infrastructure or scaling lead routing systems

* Familiarity with Workato, Segment, Twilio, SendGrid, or custom APIs

* Prior startup or scrappy environment experience where you built quickly and iterated often

## Role and Responsibilities

We're seeking a strategic **Product Marketing Manager (PMM)** with strong **Content Marketing (CM)** expertise to drive go-to-market initiatives for our enterprise B2B SaaS platform.

This is a **hybrid role weighted 70% toward Product Marketing and 30% toward Content Marketing**, focused on targeting key procurement and supply chain leadership personas at large enterprises—CPOs, VPs of Procurement, CSOs, and Digital Transformation leaders.

You'll partner cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Success, and Marketing, shaping how we position our offerings, generate pipeline, and build lasting thought leadership in our market.

### What You'll Do

**Product Marketing (70%)**

* Craft compelling narratives and differentiated value props for enterprise audiences

* Build messaging frameworks, battlecards, and positioning materials

* Own GTM planning for new features and launches

* Create sales enablement assets (decks, objection handlers, customer stories)

* Conduct persona research, competitive analysis, and win/loss interviews

* Bridge Product, Marketing, and Sales with consistent messaging and enablement

* Support analyst relations through submissions, surveys, and briefings

**Content Marketing (30%)**

* Drive a content calendar aligned to enterprise personas and funnel stages

* Oversee creation of blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, and infographics

* Optimize assets for SEO, UX, and conversion

* Partner with SMEs and external vendors to scale content production

* Distribute content across owned, earned, and paid channels

* Produce thought leadership aligned to industry trends and buyer pain points

## Qualifications:

**Must-Haves**

* 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with an enterprise customer focus

* 2+ years leading or supporting content marketing strategy

* Proven success targeting technical and skeptical enterprise buyers (CFO, CTO, CPO, CSO)

* Portfolio of content and enablement work

* Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

* Comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, CMS platforms (Webflow/WordPress), SEO tools (Ahrefs/Moz)

* Bachelor's degree required (MBA a plus)

**Nice-to-Haves**

* Experience in procurement, finance, or supply chain SaaS

* Familiarity with Hubspot, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft

* Exposure to GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Gamma, Manus

## Qualifications:

- 3-5+ years of closing experience
- Experience up-selling, cross-selling and/or hunting net new business
- Previous SaaS or enterprise software sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert in (or excited to learn) new tools across CRM, messaging automation,
  lead finding, and more…
- Comfort selling Mid-Market and SMB customers (in addition to enterprise) where
  the ACV is smaller, but sales cycles are faster
