## About the Role

We're looking for our first Growth & Demand Generation Manager — someone excited to help build the marketing function from the ground up. This isn't a typical demand gen role. You won't be handed a rigid playbook — you'll help write it. You'll work closely with leadership and our Account Executives to build the inbound and outbound marketing motion that fuels our next phase of growth.

The right person will combine analytical rigor, creative instincts, and a builder's mentality to drive pipeline from procurement leaders at some of the world's most interesting companies. You will be the architect of our demand engine and help set the foundation for how LightSource goes to market.

## Role & Responsibilities

- Build the demand generation playbook from scratch — AEO, paid, lifecycle campaigns, ABM programs, and the attribution stack that shows what's actually working
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation and be directly accountable for MQLs and sourced pipeline
- Partner closely with sales to define ICP tiers, score inbound leads, and design tight MQL-to-SQL handoffs
- Build and run account-based marketing campaigns targeting key verticals: manufacturing, industrials, and supply chain-heavy sectors
- Manage and optimize budget allocation across channels, continuously testing and cutting what doesn't perform
- Own HubSpot workflows, landing pages, and campaign operations end to end
- Coordinate with content and PMM to ensure campaigns are backed by strong messaging and relevant assets
- Help hire and mentor future marketing hires as the team grows

## About You

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist — someone who wants to be in the middle of everything and help build the marketing function from the ground up. This isn't a narrow, stay-in-your-lane role. You'll support demand gen campaigns, produce content, coordinate events, and do the connective tissue work that makes a small marketing team punch above its weight.

The right person is sharp, organized, and genuinely curious about AI and industrial tech. You're not a specialist yet — and that's fine. ## Role & Responsibilities

- Support campaign execution across channels — help build assets, coordinate approvals, and monitor performance
- Own social media presence (LinkedIn primarily), including scheduling, community management, and lightweight content production
- Coordinate logistics for field events, trade shows, and webinars: vendor management, collateral, registration, and follow-up
- Draft, edit, and format content across formats: emails, blog posts, one-pagers, and social copy
- Manage HubSpot list hygiene, campaign setup, and basic reporting so the team has clean data to work from
- Maintain the marketing asset library and keep internal wikis and templates current
- Handle vendor and agency coordination, track invoices and deliverables, and flag issues early
- Take on ad hoc projects across demand gen, PMM, and ops as priorities shift

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager — someone who can own how LightSource is understood in market and help build the PMM function from the ground up. This isn't a typical PMM role. ## Role & Responsibilities

- Own and continuously refine LightSource's positioning, messaging architecture, and ICP definition
- Develop buyer personas grounded in real customer and prospect research, win/loss interviews, sales call analysis, and market study
- Drive product launches end to end: messaging, internal enablement, external assets, and coordinated rollout with sales and demand gen
- Build and maintain a core sales enablement library: one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling guides, and ROI frameworks
- Own the content strategy and editorial calendar — set priorities, write or commission key pieces, and maintain quality across all formats
- Write thought leadership content (long-form, point of view, research-backed) that builds LightSource's credibility in supply chain and procurement circles
- Partner with demand gen on campaign messaging, AEO visibility, and analyst and press narratives
- Track competitive positioning and maintain clear, current battlecards
- Help hire and mentor future PMM and content hires as the team grows

In this role, you'll work closely with our Customer Success Manager or Deployment Strategist (depending on experience) to ensure customers have a seamless experience using our platform.

- Build the outbound prospecting playbook from scratch — messaging, sequencing, targeting, and multi-threading strategies
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation for our Account Executives
- Design and implement our inbound lead qualification process as marketing scales
